In this activity, students were able to develop their creativity. They also discussed and brainstormed on the topic, exchanged their ideas in the group to choose the best one for them, thus developing the skill of working with others. Teamwork was one of the most important success factors for this activity. The students also developed their foreign language skills as they needed to use English to complete the activity. The activity also helped them to develop their writing skills since they re-wrote the tale. The students used the knowledge learned from this activity in their schools. First of all, they prepared more efficient presentations by using digital storytelling, which could help students to understand topics more easily. They also developed their writing skills and had the opportunity to use English effectively in their schools, especially in language classes.

The participant made use of the knowledge and experienced got from this activity in many aspects. Firstly, they were familiar with the culture of other countries. They learned the folk dances of other countries and they were able to perform that dance. They were also supposed to prepare a digital story telling the learning process of the folk dance. They learned about the techniques of preparing a digital story. They interacted with each other and there was cultural exchange among the students. As they communicated with each other in English, it was also useful for the students to improve their language skills. By preparing a digital story, their creativity also developed. The communication skills of the students were expected to rise while learning. The students who taught the dance figures to the others also had the opportunity to teach something. They got the joy of teaching something and this helped them improve their self-confidence. We believed this activity was a great way of learning and teaching.
