Our teachers successfully conduct educational courses for other Tallinn teachers. All teachers are constantly developing and gaining new knowledge.
Tallinn Laanemere Gymnasium is motivated to participate in this project because there are a lot of benefits of participation. First of all, this project will help broaden the horizons of both children and teachers, develop their personality, cultural awareness and open-mindedness. Certainly, the project will motivate students to learn, gain new experiences, knowledge from different areas, including language, technology, history, literature skills. Through collaborative activities teachers will have great opportunity to get acquainted with the experience of colleagues, to gain new knowledge and skills, to develop, test and implement together new ideas and more effective teaching methods, that will have a positive effect on the opportunities for students and their learning results. There is a motivated team of Tallinn Laanemere Gymnasium management, teachers of foreign languages, history, literature and IT technologies, who will be the key persons in charge of running this project. In case that someone from the team leaves his (her) post in the future, another teacher will take over this role, because we assume that all teachers, students, and their parents will be aware of the project's actions and results.
